Family Room

Comfy lounges with combustion fire, flat screen TV and DVD player.

Lounge Room and Dining Room

This is a reading room and is ideal for a winters afternoon in front of the fire with a good book and a glass of wine. There are magazines and new and old books for your perusal. Enjoy the antiques and artefacts that have been in the family for many years. The piano is also available for your use. Breakfast is served in this room in the winter months, in front of the open fire.

Back Verandah (Screened Room)

This vast space invites you to enjoy the view over the pool through the garden and trees to the dam in the distance. Sometimes you can be lucky and see the kangaroos enjoying the serenity of the area. This verandah is again ideal for the complimentary afternoon tea on arrival when a nice wind down is in order.

Studio & Classes (Extra Charge)

This fabulous room is available for small groups, ideal for most crafts. There is another room next door with a cement floor ideal for dyeing etc. The main room has ironing boards, irons, tables, wall for works in progress, good light, and beautiful views overlooking the garden ... very inspirational! Swimming Pool and Gardens

This is solar heated and conditions for its usage apply. Please read the Conditions of Reservation. The 5 acres is a great place to meander amongst the trees and gardens and enjoy the birdlife. Every year with the planting of native trees and shrubs the birdlife seems to be increasing. We have planted over 200 trees/shrubs in the last three years but with the latest good rainfall everything is looking the best it has looked for a very long time.
