Conditions of Reservation

• Deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
• If cancelled outside 14 days 100% of deposit is returned except for Lovedale Long Lunch, Easter and long weekends. Special conditions apply.
• If cancelled inside 14 days no refund unless room is rebooked.
• All cancellations incur a $25.00 Booking Fee.
• You will be required to supply us with your credit card details even if you have paid online. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of any unreasonable damage to our property. Your credit card would not be debited without prior notification.
• All tariffs are inclusive of GST.
• Check in time 2pm (flexible subject to readiness).
• Check out time 11am (flexible depending on bookings).
• Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
• No smoking inside the house.
• No animals allowed.
• Two adults per room only. (unsuitable for children)
• All visitors to the property must register with the owners.
• Pool hours 8am to 10pm.
  • No diving
  • No alcohol in pool enclosure
  • No glassware in pool enclosure
  • The owners have the right to close the pool at any time.

We regret the need to have such a formal list of Conditions and we know that for the greater proportion of our guests they are not necessary.
